Shipping and Return Policy

If you receive an item that is the wrong size, wrong color, wrong item, or any way damaged due to shipping you can return the item back to us. We will also review these returns and decide if it qualifies for compensation. Clients may also return items that don’t fit, but will only receive store credit in return for these items.

The type of compensation that clients receive will depend on the reason for the refund. If it was the wrong size you will only receive store credit. If you return the clothing due to the wrong item, wrong color, or damage during shipping we will give you an entire refund.

If you wish to return an item we do require you to fulfill certain requirements. These requirements include: receipt, credit card information, picture of the reason for the return, we also require you to fill out a return form where you will provide all of this information.

Customers must pay for the original shipping return, and after we assess the return we will refund you for what the shipping cost was whether it was a refund or store credit.
5.Each return will be processed by our return department and we will get back to you in 3-5 business days with our decision.
6.The most important thing to remember for our return policy is that you must return the item within 3 business days of receiving them. If you return any item beyond these 3 business days the return will be void and no compensation will be awarded.
